Sterling Executive Transport provides transportation services by advance reservation.

Rates starting at:

• Airport Transfers - Starting at $95
• Point-to-Point Service - Starting at $95
• Hourly Charter - Starting at $95 per hour (3-hour minimum)
• Daily Charter - Starting at $650 (8-hour minimum)

Final pricing is based on:

• Pickup and destination locations
• Time and Distance 
• Wait time
• Tolls
• Service type
• Additional stops
• Special service requests

A fixed quote is provided and confirmed before every reservation.  

No additional transportation charges will be added unless requested by the client after the reservation is confirmed.   Additional fees described in our Terms of Service may apply when applicable.
 

Sterling Executive Transport maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding the use of intoxicating substances by drivers.  

Drivers are prohibited from using, possessing, or being under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or any substance that may impair safe vehicle operation while providing transportation services.

Passengers who believe a driver may be impaired should immediately terminate the trip if safe to do so and report the incident.

Wheelchair-accessible transportation is available upon request through approved transportation partners.

Please notify us at the time of reservation so appropriate arrangements can be made.

Complaints regarding transportation services may be reported directly to Sterling Executive Transport using the contact information provided.

Complaints may also be reported to the City of Dallas by dialing 3-1-1 or visiting the City of Dallas 311 service portal.

Reservations are subject to vehicle availability and are not confirmed until accepted and confirmed by Sterling Executive Transport.

Reservations & Quotes

• All transportation is by advance reservation.
• A fixed quote will be provided and confirmed before each reservation.
• Quotes are based on the requested service, pickup and destination locations, distance, time, tolls and any additional stops or special requests.

Waiting Time

• Airport arrivals include complimentary flight monitoring.
• Reasonable complimentary waiting time is provided following flight arrival.
• Additional waiting time beyond the complimentary period may result in additional charges.

Additional Stops

• Additional stops requested after a reservation has been confirmed may result in additional charges.

Cancellations

• Reservations canceled with 24 hours of the scheduled pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Vehicle Care

To maintain the quality of our vehicles for all clients, additional cleaning or repair charges may apply for:

• Excessive spills or food debris.
• Damage to the vehicle interior or exterior.
• smoking or vaping inside the vehicle.
• Vomiting or bodily fluids.
• Intentional damage to equipment or furnishings.

Passenger Conduct

For the safety of all passengers and our chauffeur:

• Seat belts must be worn when required by law.
• Illegal drugs and unlawful activity are prohibited.
• The chauffeur may refuse or terminate service if passenger behavior creates an unsafe situation.

Lost Items

• Sterling Executive Transport is not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle.  However, will make every reasonable effort to find and return lost property.

Right to Refuse Service

Sterling Executive Transport reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if passenger behavior threatens the safety of the chauffeur, other passengers, or the vehicle.
